🌿 If you wish to undergo Psychotherapy, I lovingly offer you a supportive space based on Transpersonal Gestalt Psychotherapy, in individual, couple, and group formats, both online and in person; aimed at supporting processes of crisis, emotional pain, trauma, the search for meaning, and personal growth.
We build this therapeutic space together, from presence, respect and connection, allowing you to explore your experience with depth, care and authenticity.
Svatantrya Medicine, in addition to psychotherapy, offers a variety of psychological, therapeutic, and educational services, including ceremonies and circles, training programs, and community learning spaces. Wellbeing from a Neurodiversity Perspective
Well-being from a neurodiversity perspective is defined as the ability to live in harmony with one's own nervous system. It's not about eliminating your traits, but about building an environment that honors them.
It rests on three fundamental pillars:

Sensory Sovereignty: This is the right to regulate your environment (light, sound, textures) and to move your body (stimming) to find security, instead of forcing yourself to tolerate discomfort to "fit in."

Organic Rhythms: Respecting your cycles of heightened focus and your need to disconnect. Well-being is understanding that your productivity is not linear and that rest is a biological necessity, not a luxury.

Radical Authenticity (Unmasking): Reducing the chronic effort to "act neurotypical." Well-being flourishes when you stop wasting energy hiding who you are and start using that energy to unleash your potential and your curiosity.
