Refund Policy

Therapeutic Agreements

The support I offer is based on commitment , respect , responsibility , communication , and mutual determination . Therefore, to provide you with the best service and for you to see progress, it's essential that we both cultivate these qualities.

This is why we invite you to schedule sessions with awareness , commitment , respect , and responsibility for the times shared.

When to request a refund

  • Cancellations or refunds:
    If you need to cancel or reschedule your individual session, you can request a refund with a minimum of 2 days (48 hours) notice before the scheduled appointment. In this case, the refund will be 100% of the payment made, minus any processing fees.

  • Refunds not applicable:
    No refunds are given for sessions that are part of a package or program of sessions, as these have a preferential cost and a commitment to therapeutic continuity.

  • Unforeseen events or force majeure:
    In the event of any major impediment or force majeure situation, the situation can be discussed and evaluated personally, seeking a respectful and fair solution for both parties; however, the refund will only be 50%, due to costs and scheduled appointments.

The energy invested in each encounter is a sacred space, so I invite you to approach each session with Presence, Respect, Responsibility, Commitment, and Mutual Care.
